Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Research all relevant legal frameworks, regulations, national policies, international conventions related to disability, provide recommendation on the implementation and amendment.
• Develop draft policies and regulations on disability
• Disseminate policies and regulations on disability
• Promote the implantation of policies, laws, and regulations related to disability and rehabilitation
• Coordinate, lead and manage the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
• Research, compile and evaluate financial resources for the disability sector
• Develop progress report on the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities for the Royal Government of Cambodia and submit the report to the United Nations
• Receive and take action on suggestions made by persons with disabilities and provide justice service
• Coordinate and advice on the disability issues
• Cooperate with relevant government institutions, media organizations and disseminate rights of persons with disabilities
• Monitor the implementation of the rights of persons with disabilities based on the Convention on the Right of Persons with Disabilities and other related laws
• Develop monthly, quarterly, semester, 9 months and annual report
• Fulfill other tasks as assigned by DAC Secretary General.
