Phnom Penh, His Excellency Hun Manith, Vice-President of the Cabinet Office of Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Decho Hun Sen, encourages People with Disabilities caused by war, "not to be hopeless in life as disability is not a hindrance in life! Instead, keep fighting for your better living standards" he  said.

The message was stated on the sixth of January 2017 afternoon, when conducting the event to distribute 120 prosthetics to Cambodian people who have Disabilities and are registered in the Cambodian mine action center (CMAC). “What we are encountering now is not our last priority. As long as we’re still alive, our rights as human beings still remain with us. Although we may face a bit more difficulty than others, but family and government are always ready to support you,” he said. “The more we try, the better we get” he added.  “In fact, this distributing event is aimed to provide reasonable accommodation for people with Disabilities to access better livelihood” he continued.
