His Excellency Em Chan Makara: all Persons with Disabilities always get Respect and Compassion from Samdech Techo

His Excellency Em Chan Makara, Secretary General of Disability Action Council has written a short note on his Facebook Page that all Persons with Disabilities always, all the time, and everywhere get respect and compassion from Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Honorary President of Disability Action Council. 

The message of His Excellency Em Chan Makara has been raised up together with many photos which show the common activities of Samdech Techo Hun Sen has been talking to an older woman with disability and assisting this disabled woman to push her wheelchair, while Samdech Techo is exercising in the park, in front of his house on 31^st of January 2016 afternoon. This afternoon, Samdach Techo Hun Sen also has been exercising in another park, along the river, in front of the Royal Palace. He has been talking and taking selffie photos together with people.

His Excellency Em Chan Makara has stated those photos show that the Prime Ministry of Cambodia always pays high attention to Cambodian people with disabilities. Excellency Em Chan Makara, usually dedicate his time and his energy to serve for the benefits of People with Disabilities. He shows his delighting for the activities of Samdech Techo Hun Sen. 

His Excellency Em Chan Makara added that activities of Samdech Tech Hun Sen is emotional encouragement to all Cambodian people with disabilities try hard to challenge all barriers for their life.
